2. Blog and guide information is for guidance only
The blog, the Logroño guide and the other recommendations on this site are offered free of charge and for information only, to help our guests plan their visit. We prepare them carefully from public sources, but:
- They reflect the information available on the publication date shown and are not always updated afterwards.
- They may contain errors, omissions or outdated details, including those coming from the sources themselves.
- Events, festivals, concerts, tastings, opening hours, prices, routes and services are organised and provided by third parties, who may change, postpone or cancel them at any time. We do not organise or guarantee any of them.
- Dates for future years are estimates.
- Walking times and distances are approximate.
- Recommendations of bars, restaurants, wineries and shops are personal opinions. We are not paid for them unless expressly stated.

If you find incorrect or outdated information, write to or message us on WhatsApp and we will fix it as soon as possible.
4. The apartment, prices and bookings
Photos and descriptions are accurate, though furniture or decoration may differ slightly. Indicative prices and availability are not a binding offer. Sending the booking form or a message is only a request: the booking is confirmed when we reply in writing with the price and conditions. Bookings made through Booking, Airbnb or other platforms are also subject to that platform's terms. No parties or stag/hen groups; no smoking.
5. Reviews and ratings
The reviews shown are genuine reviews posted by guests on Google, sometimes shortened, with abbreviated names. Booking scores and awards refer to the date shown and may change.
6. Links to other websites
We link to third-party sites for your convenience. We do not control their content, availability or privacy policies and accept no responsibility for them.
7. Intellectual property
Texts, photos, illustrations, logo and design belong to the owner or are used with permission and may not be reused commercially without consent. Third-party trademarks (Booking.com, Airbnb, Google, WhatsApp and others) belong to their owners.
