Alojamiento Centro Logroño, fully renovated in 2026, is an entire home just for you: three bedrooms with beds that can be joined or separated, two full bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining room, and a terrace for breakfast or dinner outdoors.
It is the ideal base for a trip to La Rioja: walk out for pintxos on Calle Laurel and Calle San Juan, stroll around the old town, and in a few minutes by car you are among the wineries and vineyards of Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa. Check-in from 14:30, once the apartment has been cleaned. Earlier check-in is possible if there were no guests the night before: just ask.
Check-out by 11:00. Late check-out until 15:00 on request, for an extra charge and subject to availability.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

Pets welcome (a supplement may apply). No parties, stag or hen groups: this is a residential building and quiet must be respected. No smoking anywhere in the apartment.

Is there parking?
Yes. We have a private garage space in the same building with the price on request (vehicles up to 4.65 m long; ask about availability when booking). Street parking is paid blue zone (9:00–13:30 and 16:30–20:00; free on Sundays and holidays). About 100 m away, on Avenida de España, there is a guarded underground car park for about €22/day.
How do arrival and keys work?
We welcome you in person. Let us know your approximate arrival time and call us on +34 667 460 479 one hour before you arrive so we are there to meet you. When you leave, place the keys on the small glass dish on the entrance table.
What is included?
One shower towel per guest and a hand towel in each bathroom, a hair dryer in each bathroom, shower gel and shampoo, WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen. The coffee machine uses Nespresso-type capsules (bring your favourites).
How many bedrooms are opened?
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, opened according to the number of guests: up to 2 guests, 1 bedroom; 3 to 4 guests, 2 bedrooms; 5 to 6 guests, all 3. Please make sure you book for the right number of guests.
Is there a baby cot?
Yes, a baby cot is available on request: just let us know when you book. We don’t have a high chair.
Is it close to Calle Laurel and the old town?
Yes. Calle Laurel and Calle San Juan, Logroño’s best-known pintxo streets, are about a 10-minute walk away, and La Redonda co-cathedral and the old town about 12 minutes. The train and bus stations are also a 10-minute walk, so you don’t need a car in the city.
What is there to see and do in Logroño and La Rioja?
Besides pintxos on Calle Laurel, Logroño has wineries inside the city, the Espolón promenade, the Camino de Santiago’s Puente de Piedra and the Ebro park. Haro and its wineries and villages such as Laguardia, San Millán de la Cogolla and Santo Domingo de la Calzada are all under an hour away. See our Logroño guide.
How much does it cost and what is the cancellation policy?
From €23 per person per night; the price depends on the season, the number of nights and guests. Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival. Booking directly with us (WhatsApp, phone or email) saves you the Booking and Airbnb fees.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome. A small supplement may apply: mention it in your booking request.
How do I get to the apartment?
We are at Avenida Pérez Galdós 5, in the centre of Logroño. The train and bus stations are about a 10-minute walk away. By car, take the AP-68 or A-12; there is an optional garage space in the building and paid blue-zone street parking.
Are parties allowed?
No. The apartment is in a residential building and neighbours’ rest must be respected. Parties, stag or hen groups and noisy activities are not allowed, and guests who break these rules may be asked to leave.
Getting here
How to get to Logroño
The apartment is at Avenida Pérez Galdós 5, right in the centre. However you travel, it’s close by.
By train
Logroño station is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment. There are direct trains from Madrid and Zaragoza, among other cities.
By bus
The bus station is next to the train station, also about 10 minutes on foot. Buses arrive from many cities, such as Madrid, Bilbao, Pamplona and Zaragoza.
By car
Take the AP-68, toll-free along the whole La Rioja stretch from 10 November 2026, or the A-12 if you’re coming from Pamplona. We have a garage space in the same building.
By plane
Logroño-Agoncillo airport is about 15 minutes away by car, with few flights. For more connections, Vitoria is about 1 hour and Bilbao about 1 h 30 away by car.
